1. Surface preparation: remove all dust, oil or traces of foreign materials. Dampen the dry concrete or plastered surface before application of Davco Skimplas 2. Mixing: add approximately 8.5-9L of water to 25kg of Davco Skimplas, mix thoroughly using an electrical mixer for 3-5 minutes until the desired homogeneous paste is achieved and ready to use 3. Application: Davco Skimplas is applied using a steel trowel and will remain workable for approximately 60 minutes after mixing. Davco Skimplas can be finished with soft hair brush or trowelled smooth. For thicker applications with several layers, the layer underneath must be dry before applying the subsequent layer 4.
